Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once a script has been downloaded. However, if you experience a critical issue that we cannot resolve, please contact our support team and we will review your case individually.

Each license is valid for one FiveM server (one server IP/endpoint). If you run multiple servers, you will need to purchase additional licenses. Volume discounts are available — contact us for details.

Yes. All scripts receive free updates including bug fixes, performance improvements, and compatibility patches. Major feature updates may occasionally be released as separate paid upgrades, but core functionality updates are always free.

For open-source scripts, you are free to modify the code as needed for your server. Escrowed scripts include configurable options through their config files, allowing extensive customization without access to the core source code.
